CeraVe describes it as a non-foaming cleanser with a lotion-like feel, made with ceramides NP, AP and EOP, sodium hyaluronate and glycerin. The brand lists it for normal to dry skin and calls it fragrance-free and non-comedogenic. Use it the way the label says. Massage it onto wet skin with lukewarm water, rinse, then pat dry.
